Laura’s Week Three Action Steps

Goal:  I am so happy and feel great that I have accomplished my 8 week summer exercise goal.  Each week I ran four times, practiced yoga three times and lifted weights twice.

Week Three Action Steps

Monday

  • Run 30 Minutes

Tuesday

  • Upper Body Lift
  • 30′ Yoga

Wednesday

  • Lower Lift
  • Run 3-5 Hill Intervals

Thursday

  • Upper Lift
  • 30′ Yoga

Friday

  • 35′  Run

Saturday

  •  40′ Run
  • 20′ Yoga

Sunday

  • Off
  • Goal Evaluation

      This week brings an odd challenge.  I am working  (except for Monday which we have off), but I am staying at Lutheridge for the week as a family camper.  I have been a involved at Lutheridge for 30 summers as a camper, counselor and staff member.  This week I am here with my Mom, sister and daughter a family camper.  While I am at work theywill be doing camp activities.  Lutheridge is such a special place for me, a place I come to renew and reflect.  My workouts will be a little shorter than normal, so I can be here as much as possible.  During the evening I will participate in camp activities and take some time to disconnect from my usual daily tasks.
