Laura’s Week 1 Action Steps

In an effort to practice what we preach, Martha and I will be setting goals and blogging about our progress.  My current 8 week summer goal is to keep up a consistent exercise plan, 4 days of running, 3 times of yoga and 2 times lifting weights.  Each week we’ll post action steps, updates and evaluations.

     This week is off to a pretty good start as I got in a full body weight circuit workout yesterday.   However, as with most weeks during the summer I am going to a wedding this weekend, so that may make it more difficult to get all my workouts done.  Any tips for staying on your exercise routine in the summer?
