Summer 2010 Goal
So far, my summer has felt super busy and is going by super fast! My goal for the next 8 weeks is to run 4 days a week, lift twice, and do yoga 3 times. My underlying goal is to get my left leg back in shape and run the Asheville Citizen Times 5k in September.
Challenges I see with this goal are balancing work and the fun times of summer–traveling, guests, and spending time with my family. I”ll have to work at getting it all done and keeping a positive mindset.
